Petitioner, a licensed chiropractor, was charged with professional misconduct in that he practiced his profession fraudulently within the meaning of subdivision (2) of section 6509 of the Education Law and was guilty of unprofessional conduct within the meaning of subdivision (9) of section 6509 [58 A.D.2d 721 Page 722]
